Effective: July 2026Last updated: July 2026Operated by: Trev Pery Consulting
Short version: Mindzi products are educational resources. Digital products are delivered by email or online access after payment. Please enter accurate buyer details and email address. Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except for duplicate payments, failed delivery, technical errors, or where required by law.
01

About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of Mindzi websites, e-books, courses, downloads, learning resources, workshops, events, future child-focused products, and related services.

Mindzi is operated by Trev Pery Consulting, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By browsing, purchasing, registering or using any Mindzi product or service, you agree to these Terms.

02

Products and services

Mindzi may offer digital e-books, printable resources, online courses, workshops, assessments, certificates, learning kits, child-focused educational products, and related services.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery timelines and access details will be shown on the relevant product page or checkout page. We may update, improve, discontinue or modify products from time to time.

03

Orders, payment and invoices

  • Orders must be placed by an adult buyer, parent, guardian, teacher, school or authorised representative.
  • You must provide accurate name, email address, mobile number, billing State, invoice choice and any business/GST details requested for an individual GST invoice.
  • Payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment provider. Payment provider terms may also apply.
  • Prices may be inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • When an individual GST invoice is requested, it is generated using the buyer and State details entered at checkout. GST-registered buyers must provide their correct legal business name, GSTIN, registered address and PIN Code. Eligible buyers who select that they do not require an individual invoice receive a payment confirmation, while the transaction is included in Mindzi’s consolidated tax records.
  • Incorrect buyer, State, GSTIN or billing details may affect tax-document accuracy. Correction or late-invoice requests should be made promptly with the Order ID.
04

Digital delivery

E-books and digital products are delivered by email or download link after successful payment. Some products may be delivered through course access, a learning platform, a login, or another digital method.

You are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address. If you do not receive the product after payment, please check spam/promotions folders and contact support with your order ID and payment details.

05

Refunds, cancellations and replacements

Digital e-books and downloads

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link, file, course access or digital access has been delivered.

Refunds or replacements may be considered where there is a duplicate payment, failed payment that was debited, non-delivery due to a Mindzi-side technical error, wrong product delivered, or any other situation where a refund is required under applicable law.

Courses and workshops

Course refund rules may differ by programme. The specific course page may state whether refunds are available before access begins, before a live session date, or within a defined period. Once substantial digital access, recordings, materials or live sessions have been provided, refunds may not be available unless required by law.

Physical products, if introduced

Return, replacement, cancellation and warranty terms for physical products will be stated on the relevant product page. Defective, damaged, wrong or misrepresented products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to payment-provider timelines.

06

Children and adult supervision

Mindzi creates resources for children, but purchases, registrations and consent must be handled by an adult. Parents, guardians, teachers or schools are responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for a child.

Mindzi content is educational in nature and is not a substitute for parental guidance, professional counselling, medical advice, legal advice, cyber-crime reporting, or school safeguarding procedures.

10

Accounts, access and misuse

If a future course or platform requires login access, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. You must not share paid access publicly or allow unauthorised use.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, piracy, unauthorised sharing, payment fraud, abuse of systems, or violation of these Terms.
